Another way scammers try to attain personal information or money is through fake or misleading job postings.
Be mindful of links that take you to unrelated websites, then ask for money or sensitive information and look for https sites instead of http.
Be careful of homeworking shipping jobs that require you to send or received packages, these are commonly run to move stolen or illegal goods.
Research the employer and go directly to the website of reputable employers instead of using advertising links.
Report companies that ask you for upfront payments, sensitive information or any of these other signs that the company may be fraudulent.
